Return Policy Details

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. The return window cannot be extended.

Item Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Shoes must be tried on only on carpeted surfaces.

Original Packaging

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including shoe boxes, dust bags, and any protective materials.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Personalized or custom items are also non-returnable.

Exchange Policy
